Repairs & Maintenance

First of all, I dont bite! And any quote given is without obligation. Please send me 2-3 photos (via e-mail/Instagram/Whatsapp) of the area/s requiring attention, as well as a photo of your wig when you first bought it, if possible, with a short description of what you’d like to be done.

I will then get back to you with a quote including all labour, materials and return postage (if mailing).

If you choose to go ahead with my service, we will discuss the best date and time for the appointment to take place. In most cases, wig repairs can be completed within 48 hours, leaving you without your wig for the smallest length of time possible!

I will forward to you an invoice detailing the agreed price and description of work and I ask that payment be made before the work is completed and returned to you.

I really have seen it all, so please dont worry about the state that your wig is in. There is no job too big or too small and I am always available to give advice when needed.

Re-Knotting

Lace wigs with hair knotted into them can shed after time, but don't worry! Regular maintenance appointments can prevent this from getting out of hand and keeping your wig looking brand new.

Single knots replicate how natural hair exits the scalp and, paired with a high quality lace foundation, looks like a full but natural head of hair.

Lace Repairs

The lace of a wig is very thin and delicate, but this is what makes it look so natural! After continued use, the front lace is likely to tear or break away but this is an easy fix and regular maintenance appointments will prevent any weak points becoming a huge problem.

Cleaning

We regularly wash the hair on our wigs but quite often, the lace and cap get forgotten about. To ensure that your wig looks and feels new for longer, regular maintenance appointments will prevent damage getting to an irreparable state. We take care of the tough jobs, such as removing lace glue, make-up stains and colour correcting faded hair colour.
