Your wig foundation will be expertly handmade with 30-60 denier lace sections.

The sizes available vary from 52cm-60cm (circumference) but alternatives are also available in the form of half wigs, t-pieces, nape pieces and toppers. (Check my shop!)

The front lace will be left longer to allow for a custom hairline to be created.

Please note: Foundations are made on a block that resembles a head and is not made to measure: every person’s head shape and size will differ.

We are a UK based business so all packages leaving the country will have a customs declaration form filled out to the correct value of the wig for insurance purposes.

We will not be held responsible for customs fees.

Unfortunately, during unprecedented times, when posting your topper, delivery time guarantees are subject to change.

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange any goods that comply with the details set out in the order confirmation, if it has been worn and/or the front lace has been cut.

We are not responsible for any product that is sent to us for repair/alteration and lost in the mail. We highly recommend using a tracked service so that you can check the status of the delivery.

All refund requests must be processed by e-mail and we will not cover the cost of the return postage.
